BCF

With the implementation of the province’s “phase 3” in regards to the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions, the church ministerial would like to announce that Sunday morning services will begin again on Sunday, July 5 at 10 a.m. (our regular summer hours). The government guidelines allow for multiple groups of 50 or less to gather in the same building provided the groups remain separated. We will therefore use the sanctuary and education wing to facilitate gathering and accommodate everyone. Please note that online services will still take place on June 21 and 28.

Regarding the logistics of gathering, we ask that you please follow these guidelines:

  • -maintain social distancing
  • -sit 6 feet apart (3 chairs in between), except for those of the same household
  • -leaving empty rows between the people in front and behind you
  • -avoid handshaking

To avoid congestion in the foyer we ask that you please make your way into the sanctuary upon arrival.  We will usher you to your seats.  In order to reach capacity, we will need to follow a seating arrangement starting with the front rows being used first. We will also usher you out; please exit the building and feel free to fellowship in the parking lot. For the offering/tithe, a box on a table will be provided in the entrance to the sanctuary and education wing (donations can still be made by e-Transfer).  Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the building. If you are not feeling well please do not attend the service. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience but we are attempting to abide by the government guidelines as best as possible acknowledging the need for grace for all involved.

Thank-you in advance for your cooperation.
